The dawn of humanity reaching out to the stars comes with some questions like, who is going to protect us from the unknown and who watches over those who protect us? The answer: The Guardians. Who are they? They are myths and legends, sword under secrecy to the council sword under oath for the last two hundred years. Regina Ovchynnikova, Guardian 113, ID code 113-RCO-2352324, Data Mage. This woman has trained all her life as a biotic, as a soldier, as a special agent, as an underground infiltrator, in modern times her resume classifies her as the perfect candidate for Guardianship. As a Guardian she is held responsible for the loss of life, for the failures of many, and when she enters a battlefield she technically continues to not exist, yet anything that happens on that battlefield becomes her doing.
Gina, was born in Volgograd, she was one of hundreds chosen for the underground training the government hashed out for them. At the very young age somewhere around seven or eight she began training into academics that most people never would touch. She fluently spoke every major language on the planet by ten, she scored in the higher region of marksmen than most in her class, by seventeen she was trained to kill with her bare hands. By eighteen she killed her first target. By nineteen she was a top candidate for Guardianship. Twenty-one she was training alongside ten others. Her apprenticeship into the Guardians began at age twenty-three, so did her training to become a licensed Data-mage.
She was moved to the Citadel to complete her training at age twenty-four and a year later she became a registered Guardian. It wasn’t long after she was a fully registered Data-mage and was given her own ship that she could control with her powers. With the ship and her training she would quickly rise through the ranks of all Guardians. Her shining moment was during an infiltration job in 2498 where she took down a rogue African rebel group from launching a ‘world burner’ across the borderlines to the Spanish Republic.
Gina is within the top ten of the Guardian pound for pound ranks, 113 is her call sign, and she is one of the most reliable killers the council has on hand. The Guardians… They bring death by protecting life…
