However, her shapeshifting is not the ability she prides herself on. Kyōki is able to interact with computers telepathically, controlling machines with mere thought and able to enter and explore networks and systems through her conciousness, rather than the traditional hacking methods. Other than that, she boasts no unique traits beside her superior intelliect. She does, however, have skill with blades and rifles, and heavy pistols, and is a fan of martial arts.

BACKGROUND_ Kyōki is a drifter. She never tends to reside in one place for long, always in and out, making contacts and connections as she goes. Not much is known of her past or origin; she just popped up on the map one day, and has been flickering on and off ever since. Almost all of the actions she has taken have been for her own self-interest, whether it be taking a job or supporting a political or what kind of cereal she buys. Despite her skills with machines, she herself often takes low-key jobs under the radar, while the persona the Mμsε gets all the attention. Over almost anything she prefers personal anonymity, which makes her prone to changing identities and appearances as she needs to. Because of this constant shift, it is highly unlikely that her real name is Kyōki or anything close.

Kyōki is the founder of the group Neмo, which she created when she noticed a variety of similar groups in existence and decided to merge them together. It wasn't any easy process; racial differences can sometimes outweigh common goals. Whether or not she actually supports Neмo's goals and ideals remains to be seen, as it hardly fits with her profile of doing what she can for herself and no one else. Most of her personal hacking ventures are to gain money, though she is smart in her methods and takes only what she needs and covers her tracks.
