The ship template is mostly here for creativity reasons but somethings do matter to get certain ships accepted. There are links above the code template that will lead you to images of ship sizes in comparison to one another.

Engine Type: Top of the Line, Mid Tier, Cheap Engine. This will effect out of Phase-space travel.
Phase-Drive system: Top of the Line, Mid Tier, Cheap Engine. This effects arrival times for your ship in Phase-space.
Systems: Heated seats, cup holders, targeting computers, stealth generators, etc.
Armaments: Does it have any weapons on it?
Crew:
Cargo capacity: How many metric tons.
