History:
Constantine Harker, The Billion Dollar Man, known across all of Jherra for his vast wealth and hand in several companies that ranged across the continent, he was the leader in toy manufacturing in Hallowton, had his hands in several weapon manufacturers in Isafaro, and owned several vacation resorts across the lower regions of Jherrazad. This didn’t include the money he made from a constant stock exchange and growing revenue in a space program he had aided setting up in Isfaro. With the dawn of two wars he shut down many companies he owned in Isfaro and Jherrazad only to relocate them in Kari and Hallowton. He now operated his weapon manufacturing plant in Kari and opened his resorts in Hallowton not to mention the opening of a clothing line that depicted several, “The General is Llamas,” shirts.
Harker made a name for himself in the underworld as well. He was a very well trained man in word and skill and very cool under pressure. His attitude was similar to many playboy billionaires before him, a cool and compassionate man. When he learned of Hellsings aid to the citizens of Hallowton it appealed to him. He knew they weren’t of vast wealth in the world they resided in now; he would send his hand to their order in an attempt to help as well. He set out across town immediately to have word with the leader of the organization whom he found out to be known as Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing. It would be a reuniting of a Hellsing and Harker friendship if she accepted his money in aiding the people and helping supply her troops for the war they were about to enter.
Hellsing had joined hands with Harker for a while. The deal was simple, keep Hallowton safe and the weapons keep flowing in. However, there came a point in time when Hellsings goals faded when their butler became too much of a problem and their forces weren’t aiding the city like they should. Harker sat in the darkness of his office wallowing in thought until he began piecing together a plot. He met a women named Jessica White who became his number one assassin and in the coming months he built an entire army of soldiers known as the Guardian Force Helldivers. Jessica White killed Integra and Amilia was made head of the organization, Harker hadn’t planned for that but he know the wheels could keep turning.
He attempted to send aid across the sea but his forces became too divided in two wars. Harker sank back into the darkness to build his next project, he knew there wasn’t much he could do on both warfronts with the limited resources he could offer so far apart so he began building the Harker Industries Diabolus Capital Ship. Using tech left behind from his work on the sky platforms above Isafaro and the magic cannons in Kari he completed a ship that could carry every single troop, weapon, and vehicle within his power. The Helldiver Launcher was integrated on the left and right bottom sides of the ship to launch his troops straight into battle.
Harker and his men loaded the ship far above Genesis when the rift shattered sending them through the darkness and into the new galaxy. “Looks like we got work to do boys…” His ship left Genesis behind leaving nothing on the planet but an empty building in Hallowton.
