The Shinkoku Fleet phased in into the Citadel area as Asura sighed. Another world, another new world to explore. It had been more then a decade since they had last seen Gaea, since the Gohmas were destroyed and the Shinkoku nation decided to leave the area; feeling unworthy of defending the planet after what they did to the inhabitants. For Asura the planet only held painful memories for him and he did not wish to see it any longer then neccessary...however even though he had high hopes that he would be able to find a new cause for the fleet to do it had not been successful.
The planets and galaxies they had visited were full of war and misery, the innocents were nonexistent and the few government they met were more or less interested in their technology then what they wanted to do. Asura would have none of that, he would not use the Shinkoku as some glorified mercenary force! He would have them become what they once were: defenders of peace and justice. He would ensure that nothing like what happened with the Seven Deities would occur ever again, "We have arrived general," the Kagebosh reported.
"Where are we?" Asura asked.
"We do not know, we have never explored this far of the galaxy before," the robotic trooper replied. From what Asura saw it seemed to be a thriving, living and big planet...perhaps some sort of fortress or military base? Doubtful as he saw nothing that looked like any military ships flying around the place. So perhaps it was something else? Well there was no point in guessing as he looked at the Kagebosh.
"Hail whoever is inside that planet, tell them that we come in peace and merely wish for a place to stay," Asura said. They did need a place to dock and refresh themselves, but mostly Asura wanted to explore the place and see what kind of planet they had come across this time. The Kagebosh nodded and began hailing anyone within the Citadel to respond.

Asura was not surprised by the threat, they had encountered similar words in every world they visited, it was natural that they would be suspicious of a fleet arriving right in front of them. Asura was not disturbed or worried about it as he nodded, "Very well I agree, I understand your actions," Asura replied in response to the ship at their flank though some of the Nirvana-type ships were beginning to get nervous as a few turned in order to protect their remaining General. "Tell those ships not to do anything, the Orion will be the only one docking," he told the Kagebosh.
"Is that not dangerous sir?" the robotic operator asked.
"It is a way to gain trust," Asura merely replied as the Kagebosh nodded as the Nirvanas back off though the remaining fleet were still on alert.
"Kagebosh commence docking operations let us meet this Council," he told it before responding to the Courier, "I have no questions, I will begin docking if there is no problem," he told the Courier before moving in to dock.

Asura looked around the defences of the area, as expected of such a large fortress...there were so many defensive arnaments and ships here that they would have rivaled the Shinkoku at their peak! Alas the Shinkoku, while rebuilding their forces, were still small and therefore they would be no match for this organization at their current power. But Asura was not here to fight, he was here to protect the innocent, as the docking bay opened up its arm and the Orion began its docking procedures. Asura heard the voice and received the as the Kagebosh opened it and he followed the instruction as two Troop Captain Rashon accompanied him as his bodyguard though in reality he needed no such thing; but protocols were protocols.

Asura was surprised to find a woman meeting them, she didn't look like Olga but her clothes reminded him of her...the woman that betrayed everything for the one she loved. It was a tragic tale to him. He did not let his face show anything as he approached the woman as her copper coloured hair and tanned skin was a somewhat familiar look as Olga had similar skin though her hair, like some of the Generals, was stark white as she greeted them. "Thank you, I am Asura, leader of the Shinkoku nation...are you an official of the Citadel?" he asked.

Asura nodded, so she was merely a guardian...a powerful one it seems. He did not understand what she said, he did not understand the language, he was about to ask what she just said when she warned him that she had been ordered to kill if he was a threat. The Troop Captains immediately moved as he held his hand, "It's alright...perfectly understandable, you are not the first person to threaten me to protect your world nor will you be the last," he said with a small smile. The Rashos calmed down, but they looked at the woman warily while they followed her as she continued to speak and said that he would be granted audience if he followed one condition. "General that is not acceptable," one of the Rasho exclaimed, "if they did something to you we would not be able to protect you."
"Do not worry...again it is a common words and threats," Asura remarked, "I understand and will adhere to it Guardian Ovchynnikova," Asura said thinking about what exactly will the Council ask of him and what kind of responses would he give to them.

The Rashos were left behind as Asura strode forward, confident in his posture and aura, as he approached the Council. The blast doors opened and closed behind him as he did not even look behind him, they did not know his power...the power that he wielded was beyond a person's imagination. At his darkest time he obliterated an entire fleet with his pure mantra...though it did cause immense problems later on, but that was easily remedied thanks to his brother-in-law. He looked around him and was impressed by the floral architecture designs. He nodded at the woman and began following her.

Asura looked at the ambassadors, the Council, and stood before them as he looked up. The exits then locked on itself so that there were no escape as Asura kept calm and tried not react to the fact that he was trapped, the only times he had been trapped was when various people wanted the technology of Shinkoku for themselves. He had made them pay dearly for their treachery and he hoped he would not need to harm anyone else this time, though they did not look that they wanted his technology in the first place!
The Council then introduced themselves as Asura nodded to each of them, "It is a pleasure to meet all of you, I am Asura, leader of the Shinkoku Nation. I thank you for your hospitality and allowing me to meet with you all," he said formally with a slight bow.

Asura nodded as he expected that none of them would have heard the Shinkoku in the first place, after all they were a species…no a nation…that did not show themselves to anyone else until they moved because of their shame. One of the Councilwoman was quite blunt with her words and she stated that there were many questions, but not enough time, and did the usual rhetorics that Asura had heard over the last decade or so. He always answered truthfully so that was no problem, “We come from a faraway place, we once watched over a planet called Gaea, where exactly is not known to us and I doubt that you would be able to find it unless it was by pure accident,” he answered the first question.
