"Indeed it is," Telaria said knowing it but at the same time knowing that this revolution could not take place as she looked at the woman and committed her face to her memory. That would be useful when she reported back to C-Sec about this little situation, no doubt they would be highly pleased at this and Telaria was herself pleased at the outcome of her little undercover work. "So basically you want me to spread the word around?" Telaria said, "Anyways I can uh...do more then just be a preacher?"

She blinked in Telaria's direction, "I'm just a messenger miss, I don't even know what this is about other than a little revolution. There's nothing more I can do than hand you the disposable that I had delivered to me and let you hope someone contacts you on it," she smiled shoving the phone over in the Asari's direction with a slide of her hand. That's around the time Jess decided to adjust her boobs in her dress and push out the wrinkles in her lap.

Telaria merely smiled, "I see," a common tactic for terrorists. Not one person knew all the details of the plan, only their part in it which in a way made it an effective tactic, but of course low level workers often don't have a clue of who to trust and if one was smart enough they could use that to their advantage. "Thank you then perhaps I'll use one of your restrooms and call the person," she said taking the phone and went to the nearby restroom where she began to contact the person keeping a calm demeanour around her.

The Asari took the chance to call instead of wait like she was originally instructed. The moment she entered the restroom Jess would most likely exit the bar. The phone simply responded to her, "The number you have dialed is not in service, please hang up and try again." There was no way to contact anyone from that phone without knowing the extension. Yet he was tapped into all of the Citadel now and knew what she was trying to do.
Then came the ring from the phone several times waiting for Telaria to answer.

Telaria expected that the first try would not yield anything, terrorists hardly answer a phone call unless they have good reasons to answer the phone call. So she wasn't surprised when she didn't get anywhere and was about to leave when the phone rang several times, surprised at this Telaria answered it and put on her best meek voice, "H-hello?" she asked.

There came a voice on the other end masked by a bit of a disrupter, he never planned on meeting this woman in person but had he ever done so she wouldn't be able to point him out because of his voice, "Good evening, allow me to introduce myself simply as Hakkon and allow me to inform you of two things, first thing, I have full access to the Citadel records and all the cameras. I know who you are," there was a paused silence.
"The second thing, there is nothing you can do to stop the revolution if you tried, this isn't an act of terrorism, this is an act of standing up for the good of the people. Imagine a world where you and all your others can have the same power the council has over citadel space but as aliens. Imagine that officer and Have a lovely evening." He hung up the phone.

Well chalk that up to the second thing that surprised Telaria today, she didn't expect it to end so soon, as she chuckled and merely smiled before laughing. So this person was someone who had access to Citadel records and cameras? Interesting, the person had already given her one clue: he/she is either a very skilled hacker and is able to hack into records and cameras; or the person is in a position high enough to actually access such things in which case this is corruption of the highest order. She didn't care much about the revolution, in the sense of equality for species, she just cared about the hunt and bringing people to justice. Without nary an anxious expression on her face she walked back into the bar and saw that the woman was gone, typical of terrorist work, she merely shrugged and threw the phone away. It would be useless to track where it came from, who called etc. because the person would definitely not be so careless as to leave any trail of that.
She simply went home and decided to wait out for the next assignment, along the way she passed a camera and remembering what the person said turned to the nearest camera and blew the person a kiss, "Until next time then..." she said with a giggle before walking home.
