Faction Name: The Citadel
Dominant Species: Human
Population Size: Billions
Government Type: Democratic
Goals: To explore the verse and create a stable government residing over the galaxy.
Faction History: The Citadel government has been around for only a short time but during its time it has processed several alien races into its ranks and given them power within Citadel space. The Human council makes choices for the sections they own but cannot determine how alien races run their space. Citadel space has its limits and will not extend its aid outside the boundaries unless the council knows it is worth it.
C-sec is made up of mix races that protect the citadel, they are Citadel Security. They are a task for upon themselves and uphold the law.
Earth Alliance Forces (EAF): Is the human fleet which protects Citadel space. They are strictly human.

The rank structure for the Guardian forces is akin to their skill level, they typically out rank most troops in the EAF under Admiral unless standing on the ship of a Commander or Captain.
